Baptism Service

Baptism by immersion in the context of the local church gives public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of sins.  Baptism is a step of obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby you give physical representation to the spiritual reality of your salvation.  Baptism does not save, but is a personal testimony of the salvation (justification) received by God's grace through faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Baptism by immersion pictures a believer's union with Christ in his death, burial and resurrection.
