"Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Praise the LORD!"

~ Psalm 150:6

 

We praise the LORD with heart and voice and instrumentation.  If you have breath (which comes from the LORD), you should be praising the LORD. 

We praise him in all places, at all times, for all things.  His words, his works, his character are all completely praiseworthy.  No one and no thing is worthy of praise like the LORD our God.  It is our privilege to praise the LORD.  It is our blessing to praise the LORD.  It is our duty/purpose to praise the LORD. 

The rest of God’s creation praises him; we as his special creation (made in his image) should praise him as well.  Sin has tainted and marred and deceived, but by the grace of God in Jesus Christ we too can praise the LORD God.
