When we reason out of FEAR rather than FAITH:
- We can prioritize self-preservation
- We can be accurate about our circumstances
- We can act based upon our reasoning
- We can experience what we conclude is confirmation of our actions
- We can end up reasoning and acting inconsistent with our faith in God
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
